Delivered Orders:
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers must contact the carrier directly.

Chargeback Abuse:
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us for resolution may be considered fraud and may result in account restrictions.

Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.

Supplements & Consumable Products

  • Due to health and safety regulations, opened or used supplements are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

PEMF Sessions & Wellness Services

  • All service purchases are final sale and non-refundable once booked or used.

CBD / Delta-9 THC Products

  • All hemp-derived and THC products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be honored.

Chargebacks

  • By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this return policy and understands that initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in account restrictions.
